Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has a shortlist of five managers as possible replacement for Frank Lampard if sacked, MySportDab reports.

Chelsea have lost four of their last six Premier League games, which has led to criticism.

The Blues started the season in a good way and were even called potential title contenders.

Frank Lampard’s team are currently only three points behind the top four but the clubs above them have games in hand.

Chelsea’s last defeat was 3-1 against Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City on Sunday.

MySportDab understands that Lampard is now under more pressure for his position as Chelsea manager.

Owner Abramovich is known for his history of sacking managers without giving them much time.

However, Lampard’s legendary status as a player at Stamford Bridge is helping him still be in charge for now.

But, the Russian billionaire has made a shortlist of managers he would like to get into the club and turn the results around.

According to the Daily Mail, Southampton Coach Ralph Hasenhuttl is one of the candidate Chelsea are considering.

Bundesliga club RB Leipzig Coach Julian Nagelsmann is the only manager on the list from the German Bundesliga.

Paris Saint-Germain former Coach Thomas Tuchel is also on the list after his exit in December.

Former Juventus Coach Massimiliano Allegri, who remains available is also on the shortlist.

According to MySportDab sources, Chelsea will give Lampard more time to turn the poor results around.

Top 5 Frank Lampard Possible Replacement

1. Julian Nagelsmann

2. Massimiliano Allegri

3. Thomas Tuchel

4. Ralph Hasenhuttl

5. Ernesto Valverde

Chelsea’s next match is the FA Cup third round match against Morecambe on Sunday.
