But his departure has taken some time to be completed, with financials needed to be sort out for everything to be official.

That was Chelsea’s third loss in their last four matches, and now they are eighth on the table.

Today, Chelsea host Aston Villa at Stamford Bridge, and it’s a crucial match for Frank Lampard.

According to German Newspaper BILD, another loss for Chelsea against Aston Villa could make Abramovich sack Frank Lampard.

BILD is the same newspaper which announced the news about Tuchel’s exit from PSG.

Timo Werner and Kai Havertz, who cost Chelsea £130m have failed to live up to expectations in the Premier league so far.

But the two German players are part of the reason why Thomas Tuchel is interested in the Chelsea job.
