Barcelona Close In On Double Agreements For Depay And Wijnaldum

Barcelona is a step closer in completing double signings of the Netherlands duo in Memphis Depay and Georginio Wijnaldum, MySportDab reports.

Following the news of Lionel Messi’s possible stay with Barca, Ronald Koeman is closer to sealing a move for his target.

Memphis Depay might be saying his goodbyes to Lyon soon as a deal is currently edging closer for the player to move to Spain.

Another player Georginio Wijnaldum might also be set to depart Liverpool with a deal almost done for the midfielder.

Both players will be looking to link up with their National team coach Ronaldo Koeman in rebuilding Barcelona.

Catalan giants must sell players to create space for Dutch duo who are set to make a move soon.

Georginio Wijnaldum and Memphis Depay are close to reaching agreements to join Barcelona, reports from Netherlands newspaper AD.

The Dutch duo’s agents have had extensive talks with the Camp Nou outfit and they are ready to make the move.

But the Catalan side will have to sell more players to create space for them with Luis Suarez and Messi set to leave.

The club is also linked with a move for Everton Michael Keane who recently signed a four year deal with the Toffees.

News making rounds of Lionel Messi leaving over the past few weeks to a month since the Dutchman took over.

But it seems he won’t be leaving until the end of the 2020/2021 season which he may leave if he wishes.

Meanwhile Luis Suarez has been shown the exit door and he is likely to join either Juventus or move back to Ajax.

Ivan Rakitic also have left to Sevilla few days ago after accepting a pay cut to join his former team and he has been named their new captain.
