There is an increasing number of positive coronavirus cases among Premier League clubs, MySportDab reports.

It all started after players resumed for pre-season training last week.

According to The Telegraph, There have been 14 cases confirmed across 12 Premier League clubs.

Champions Liverpool confirmed one positive case this week while at their pre-season camp in  Austria.

Meanwhile, Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea and Wolves are still on break after their participation in the European competitions.

West Ham, Everton, Southampton, Tottenham, Crystal Palace, Sheffield United, Leicester, Newcastle, Brighton and Leeds United have all resumed training.

West Brom and Burnley will resume back on Thursday, while Aston Villa are yet to start.

Arsenal and Fulham have not resumed after the participation in the English FA Cup and play-off.

The number of confirmed cases remain unofficial and the Premier League is expected to start publishing test results when the new season starts.

MySportDab understands that clubs are worried that cases could rise further after players were seen at parties without using proper social distancing rules.

Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli was seen recently with Leicester City Star James Maddison and Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish.

Meanwhile, West Ham Ace Declan Rice was with close friend Mason Mount in Greece.

All Premier League clubs will start testing in the coming days because the new season is closer everyday.
