Both Bruno Fernandes and Jesse Lingard struck in the second half as Manchester United beat Leicester City 2-0 to finish third on the league table, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
Both Manchester United and Leicester City were able to score any goal in the first 45 minutes of the encounter.
It was a game filled with so many chances for both sides as United had more but failed to score.
The game progressed with no goal coming for either side in the first half as they evenly matched themselves.
Manchester United scored a goal but it was immediately ruled out as the referee whistled for offside.
Leicester City also had a great chance which hit the woodwork of their opponent.

Second Half Report
The second half of the encounter provided just one goal which went in favour of Manchester United.
Once again Leicester City troubled a lot but their finishing wasn’t good enough to give them a goal.
It was going all good in the game but lack any goal action which both sides needed so badly.
Manchester United finally took the lead through Bruno Fernandes who scored from the penalty spot.
The goal came after the Leicester City defender mistimed a tackle on Martial which resulted to the penalty.
Things got worst as Johnny Evans was sent off in the 90th minute leaving the home side with 10 men.
Jesse Lingard finally got the second goal of the game in the 90th plus minutes after he dispatched neatly.
The encounter ended with a victory for Manchester United as Solskjaer side finish third on the league table.
