Havertz has scored 17 goals across all competitions this campaign and provided eight assists for Peter Bosz’s team.
He was also linked with Real Madrid but club president Florentino Perez revealed that 5u3 club won’t make big signings this summer.
Meanwhile, Frank Lampard has already spent £87m on Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech.
The signing of Havertz would take their spending to over £170m already so far.
