FT: Manchester City 3-0 Arsenal, Sterling And De Bruyne On Target (Watch Highlight)

Goals from Sterling, De Bruyne and Foden ensured Manchester City recorded a 3-0 win over Arsenal as the EPL season resumes, MySportDab reports.

Arsenal was dealt with more blow in their quest to qualify for Europa competition next season as they lost to Man City.

David Luiz was sent off as Raheem Sterling and Kevin De Bruyne gave Citizens the much needed win.

Arsenal had two early injuries to Mari and Xhaka which both of them were brought off.

David Luiz and Dani Ceballos came in to replace the two injured who couldn’t play any more part.

It took Manchester City 45 minutes plus to get the first goal as Raheem Sterling scored.

The winger found himself in a one on one situation and he converted before halftime.

Second half began with Arsenal already given up on getting anything from the match.

It soon turned worst for the gunners as David Luiz was shown a straight red card after bringing down Mahrez.

Man City was awarded a penalty which De Bruyne stepped up and made it 2-0 in the 51st minutes.

Mikel Arteta’s side was already far gone behind before the knew it and they were left chasing shadows.

It was almost made 3nil when De Bruyne cuts the away side defense before Sterling wasted the opportunity.

Pressure upon pressure for the Gunners with City bossing the game all through as they cruise to a win.

Phil Foden made it 3-0 after reacting first after Sergio Aguero struck the woodwork to make it the third goal.

Man City claimed three points as the EPL season resumes from coronavirus break which saw them sit second on the table.
