Manchester United winger Marcus Rashford has now resumed training with a fitness coach on Sunday afternoon, MySportDab reports.

Rashford later visited United’s training ground Carrington for coronavirus testing.

The 22-year-old suffered a serious back injury in the game against Wolves in January but he’s now back and took part in drills with a ball and a fitness coach at Altrincham’s Moss Lane ground.

Rashford is expected to be very crucial in United’s plans for Champions League football next season.

United Coach Solskjaer was criticised by fans for playing Marcus Rashford in the FA Cup games despite the face he knew that the player was carrying a knock.

The club had concerns that Rashford won’t be able to play until next season but the England star has fought back to fitness before the Premier League Restart.

Part of the Premier League Project Restart plans is that Premier League stars will undergo Covid-19 tests before resuming to full squad training.

Manchester United’s players were at Carrington for just 15 minutes to take part in each test and arrived differently to ensure social distancing.

MySportDab understands the Red Devils also set up a testing place in the car park of the group to prepare for the squad and staffs arrival.

Other United players like Paul Pogba and Anthony Martial were seen reporting for their tests, with at least nine first-team squad members present on Sunday.

Manchester United last played on March 12, when they defeated LASK in the Europa League and remain fifth in the Premier League when the season was put on hold.

The other Premier League matches will be played behind closed doors but the Premier League, players and clubs are still yet to decide an official restart date.
