Arsenal players have returned for training today after 47 days in self isolation but will maintain CoronaVirus Isolation rules, MySportDab reports.

Coach Mikel Arteta and the team will all have a pitch for each person in Colney at the 10-pitch Hertfordshire complex.

The squad will not be forced to show up for training today but most of the squad are be present.

Players are to travel alone and only five people are allowed to train at one time.

A series of one-hour sessions will go throughout the day with medical staffs checking each one from a distance and the players banned from socialising.

They will also have their own assigned football to avoid contamination.

All buildings remain locked so every player has to arrive in their kit, shower and change at home.

A deep clean of the £10million training facility has taken place and it will be reopened for the first time today since Coach Mikel Arteta tested positive for coronavirus.

Another worry for Arsenal is that news of players returning to training might prompt fans to show up and watch them play.

MySportDab understands that Mikel Arteta will also be in attendance at Colney and most of the 25-man senior squad coming in for individual training sessions.
