Shocker! PSG Star Neymar Ready To Force Exit As Barcelona Prepare New Bid Again!

Barcelonaare are ready to reignite their interest in Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar Jr, MySportDab reports.

The Catalan giants have now turned their attention to thei former player because they see targets Kylian Mbappe and Harry Kane as unbuyable.
Barcelona came close last summer of re-signing Neymar from PSG but it all failed.
Two years after PSG signed him for a world record £198million deal, the Brazilian was ready to force his exit move back to his former club.
Having grown frustrated with life at the French club, Neymar was desperate for a return to the Nou Camp.
But the two clubs were unable to agree on a fee, and he was subsequently forced to stay in Paris.
Barca even offered to make payments over a series years, after they paid £108m for Antoine Griezmann from Atletico Madrid.
However, PSG would only accept a large fee up front, and also rejected a player-exchange deal.
Now, MySportDab understands Barca are ready to start the transfer saga over again, and are preparing a summer move for the Brazilian.
According to Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona will try to sign Neymar again this year as a result of not being able to buy their top targets.
Mundo Derportivo claim Barca wanted to sign PSG Star Mbappe or Tottenham’s Kane, but see both as untouchable.
Due to this, they will look to reignite their interest in Neymar.
The Brazilian was recently seen with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez earlier in December, leading to more Speculations of a Barcelona return.
But Surprisingly, Neymar was left out of PSG’s new year’s video posted on social media, which included various players wishing the fans a happy new year.
Lastly, The 27-year-old is himself preparing a legal team to help secure his exit from PSG.
This clause is known to be under the ‘Regulations for the Statute and Transfer of FIFA’.
This means Neymar can begins negotiations with Barcelona in the summer as he is would be able ‘buy himself out’.
Article 14 of the FIFA regulations reads: ‘A contract can be terminated by either of the two parties without consequences of any kind (either payment of compensation or imposition of sporting sanctions) where there is just cause.’
Further more, Article 16 states: ‘A contract cannot be unilaterally terminated during the course of a season.’
FIFA will then set the amount of compensation the player must pay to leave the club.
