Paris Saint-Germain defender Marquinhos has signed a new four-and-a-half-year contract, MySportDab reports.

That new deal means the Brazilian international will stay with the French champions until 2024, which is a two-year increase on his current contract.
Since Marquinhos joined the club from Roma in 2013, PSG have won five league titles.
He is a very respected person in the dressing room and is the current vice-captain alongside compatriot Thiago Silva.
PSG hailed the defender ‘one of the most successful footballers in the history of Paris Saint-Germain’.
Marquinhos said: ‘Paris and PSG have every reason for me to stay here and extend my contract.
‘It is a ambitious club that still wants to reach great heights, making football and club history.
‘Then there’s the city, the family. My family is very, very happy here.
‘I feel at home here, I’ve got everything I need right here, and so that’s why I made the decision to join.
‘This is my seventh season. Six-and-a-half years since I signed, I look back and see so much PSG and I have accomplished.
‘We’ve done fantastic things. I think it’s really a very special club.’
Marquinhos also won four Coupe de France trophies, the Coupede la Ligue title five times and made over 250 appearances for PSG, scoring 20 goals.
