Forward Kylian Mbappe has refused to commit his future to PSG when asked about talks over a new contract, MySportDab reports.
The France international has previously shown his desire to be a more important person at Paris Saint-Germain in the summer, but also said that he wanted to find a new challenge.
The 21-year-old youngster scored his 19th goal of the season in the 6-1 win against Saint-Etienne last night on Wednesday.
After the match, Mbappe was asked about his future plans with talks stalling on a contract extension.
He said: ”This is not the time for this talks, this is the time to play great football, there are many times ahead, I just want to focus on the project.
The World-Cup winner was then questioned on the situation of his current deal which expires in June 2022, but refused to provide a clear answer.
He added: ”My desire is to play football, focus on the season ahead.
“The club is in a stable situation, this is not the time to talk about contracts, this is the time for football.”
MySportDab understands Mbappe was linked to Liverpool in 2019 after the club won their six European trophy with a Champions League final win against Tottenham.
