The Premier League side are ready to count their losses and allow the player leave despite the changes in manager.
Jadon Sancho is currently with Aston Villa where he play on loan from Manchester United after his deal with Chelsea ended.
The England international enjoyed success with Chelsea but an agreement to make his move permanent did not happen.
According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed Borussia Dortmund are pushing to make a move happen ahead of the summer window.
