FT: Atletico Madrid 4-1 Club Brugge, Sørloth Net HAT-TRICK! (VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS)

Alexander Sørloth net hat-trick as Atletico Madrid thrashed Club Brugge in Spain 4-1 to finish 7-4 on aggregate, MySportDab reports.

The La Liga teams booked their qualifications for the round 16 UEFA Champions League completion as they await their next opponent.

First Half Report 

The match started with Diego Simeone making some changes which saw in form Ademola Lookman being dropped to the bench.

Atletico Madrid scored in the 23rd minute through Alexander Sørloth who was assisted by Oblak to make sure it was 1-0.

Club Brugge leveled things 1-1 with a goal from Ordóñez which received an excellent assist from Mechele in the 36th minute as they pushed on.

The first half ended with both teams settling for the 1-1 scoreline after 45 minutes of action which was entertaining.

Second Half Report 

The second half resumed with a goal from Cardoso in the 48th minute which ensured it was 2-1 with more to play for both teams.

Alexander Sørloth made it 3-1 thanks to assist from Ademola Lookman who came off the bench to make sure he helped his side in the 76th minute.

Sørloth made it a hat-trick for himself with a goal in the 87th minute which was assisted by Ruggeri which made sure Atletico Madrid claimed a massive 4-1 victory.
