Cristiano Ronaldo BUYS Spanish CLUB!

Cristiano Ronaldo has purchased shares from La Liga 2 club becoming part of the team owner, MySportDab reports.

The Al Nassr player has been in talks to acquire part of the club which he feels they have the right structure to reach greater heights.

He becomes one of few players who are investing into football instead of other ventures ahead of their retirement.

It was confirmed that he bought 25 percent share of the club which makes him part of the owners that will be running the show.

The club is said to be owned by Saudi Arabia group which made it easy for negotiation to sell part of their shares.

Here Is What Ronaldo Said:

“It has been a longtime ambition of mine to contribute to football, beyond the pitch.

“UD Almeria is a Spanish club with strong foundations and clear potential for growth.

“I look forward to working alongside the leadership team to support the club’s next phase of growth.

The acquisition is a strategic one both for the 75 percent owners who see it as the next step to helping the club move forward.

UD Almeria are currently looking at possible promotion to La Liga if they are able to keep up with their form and book one of tickets to help them move to top flight.
