Chelsea have reached an agreement with Jeremy Jacquet over a move in the January window, MySportDab reports.
Talks had been going on between the club and player over a long time to see if they can strike a deal before moving forward.
The young defender gave the greenlight long ago to allow a move happen which will favor all parties involved.
A number of teams had also go around trying to see it the player will fit their style and other things required.
Chelsea are the only side who seems to have pushed and now they have reached an agreement for a move.
According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed an agreement on personal terms between the player and club has been reached.

More negotiation will take place to see if anything will be agreed upon by both teams involved in making things happen.
Jeremy Jacquet is already open and ready to make the switch which is the biggest of his career despite him just making his break as a professional.
