Chelsea are looking at making a surprise move for Douglas Luiz who is currently on loan with Nottingham Forest, MySportDab reports.
The midfielder is currently signed with Juventus after making the decision to leave the Premier League for a bigger move.
However, things haven’t been working so well for him since the move which prompted him on making a return to the Premier League.
He joined Nottingham Forest on a loan move which is expected to help him get regular playing time and hopefully a move elsewhere.
Chelsea are looking at his situation as they feel a move for the player would be more beneficial to them following Facundo Buonanotte exit.
According to Ben Jacobs, he confirmed the interest coming from Chelsea who are looking to make a loan move happen.

“Chelsea are considering a loan move for Douglas Luiz, as David Ornstein called.
“Luiz currently on loan with Nottingham Forest from Juventus but has made only 13 appearances.
“Viewed as a strong squad fit and a player who Chelsea also looked at over the summer.
Douglas Luiz could be making another big move if everything gets to work out with Juventus and Nottingham Forest who also has a say in everything.
