Sadio Mane was on target as Senegal booked their ticket to the AFCON 2025 final after beating Egypt 1-0, MySportDab reports.
It was a very strong game which was close between both teams who did everything possible to make sure they got the win.
First Half Report
It was a solid game from both nations who came into the semifinal on a well deserving ground against their opponents.
They both did well enough pushing forward with a purpose of taking the lead which could only come through for one of them.
Egypt did well on their end with Mohamed Salah coming close but he wasn’t good enough to earn themselves something.
Senegal also had moments but it wasn’t just enough as they both headed for the break with things staying 0-0.
Second Half Report
The game was smooth for both sides who were still very sharp knowing they need to get the victory by any means.
No side was able to take the lead as there wasn’t much of opportunities. The deadlock was broken in the 78th minute through Sadio Mane goal.
The goal was enough to make sure Senegal claimed a 1-0 victory against Egypt to secure their place at AFCON 2025 final.
