Thomas Frank opens up about Xavi Simons struggles since making the move to Tottenham, MySportDab reports.
The Netherlands international was expected to make a move to Chelsea, but it ended up not happening for him.
He opted to sign for Tottenham who immediately got the deal done and processed everything after the player waiting for Chelsea but no move.
However, the situation has failed to yield anything tangible as he has been struggling to hit the ground running.
Xavi Simons drop in form has showed a lot of concerns despite hitting the ground for the new season with RB Leipzig before making the move.
According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed the comments from Thomas Frank who had a lot to say concerning the player.

“He needs a bit of adaptation”. There is a reason why we have Xavi here, he’s very good player.
“He has trained very well. It is not the first time a player has stepped into the Premier League and needs to adapt”.
The Tottenham manager is hopeful things start working out for the player based off the amount that was spent in the summer window to sign him from RB Leipzig.
