Rafael Onyedika scored a brace as Nigeria beat Uganda 1-3 to finish top of their group with nine points, MySportDab reports.
The Super Eagles claimed a victory against the Cranes who was their Goalkeeper get sent off for handling the ball outside.
First Half Report
The game started with the Super Eagles getting the upper hand and dominating things against their opponent.
It took 28 minutes for Nigeria to take the lead through Paul Onuachu finish which was assisted by Dele Bashiru as things were 0-1.
There wasn’t much that happened before the first half came to an end with the Cranes unable to make much for themselves.
Second Half Report
The second half began with Salim getting a red card in the 56th minute after handling the ball outside.
Rafael Onyedika scored a beauty in the 63rd minute which saw things turned 0-2 with assist from Samuel Chukwueze as things carried on.
Chukwueze setup Onyedika again in the 67th minute which increases the scoreline to 0-3 as they pushed on forward with play.
Mato scored in the 76th minute but it wasn’t enough for Uganda as Nigeria claimed a 1-3 victory after 90 minutes which makes it three wins out of three games.
