Ademola Lookman scored a brilliant goal which helped the Super Eagles of Nigeria claimed a 2-1 victory against Tanzania, MySportDab reports.
Semi Ajayi did scored the opening goal before it was leveled by the Tanzanians who gave it a good fight all through.
First Half Report
The game had every eyes on it due to the level of players on parade by the Super Eagles national team of Nigeria.
It was a brilliant start from both ends as they looked to try find an early breakthrough which wasn’t an easy task.
It took Nigeria 36 minutes to score the opening goal through a wonderful header from Semi Ajayi after a brilliant cross from Alex Iwobi which made it 1-0.
The goal was the only action before the first half came to a conclusion with Nigeria ahead against Tanzania.
Second Half Report
The action resumed with Tanzania getting the equalizer through M’Mombwa who was assisted by Miroshi to make sure it was 1-1.
The goal came in the 50th minute of play. Ademola Lookman wasted no time in restoring the advantage in the 52nd minutes but action.
Alex Iwobi once again was instrumental in making sure Nigeria claimed a 2-1 victory against Tanzania to claim all three points.
