FT: Olympiakos 3-4 Real Madrid, Kylian Mbappe Score FOUR! [VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS]

Kylian Mbappe has shown no sign of slowing down as he once again led Real Madrid’s UCL win over Greek side Olympiakos on Wednesday night, MySportDab reports.

The French attacking sensation continued his fairytale rise in the pantheons of Madrid legends, shouldering the goal-scoring responsibility as the team survived Olympiakos’ scare to secure their fourth win in the Champions League this season.

Olympiakos poked the beehive when they opened the scoring in the eighth minute through Chiquniho. 14 minutes after, Kylian Mbappe responded with his first goal of the night, netting a stunner to tie the score, thanks to Vinicius jr’s assist.

Two minutes after this equalizing goal, the former PSG forward was again on target for the visitors, latching on to Arda Guler’s assist to race the Spanish side into the lead.

And a minute before the half hour, he sealed his first-half hat-trick within seven minutes to hand the La Liga and European giants a two-goal lead heading into the break.

In the second half, Olympiakos halved the deficit through Taremi in the 52nd minute and restored hopes of salvaging a point, but Mbappe proved unstoppable for the hosts.

Exactly at the hour mark, he was on target again for his fourth goal of the night to re-extend the team’s lead, thanks to a second assist by Vinicius jr.  El Kaabi reduced the deficit again in the 81st minute for Olympiakos, but Xabi Alonso’s charges would hold firm to secure victory in the seven-goal thriller, thanks to Mbappe goal-scoring heroics.

Following the four-goal haul vs Olympiakos, Mbappe has now scored nine goals in four Champions League matches for Real Madrid this season and is leading the race for the competition’s top scorer award.

He also has 13 goals in 13 La Liga games this season and will look to maintain this terrific form as the team return to domestic league action on Sunday away to Girona.
