Arsenal could lose key defender Gabriel Magalhaes when the Premier League returns after the ongoing November international break, MySportDab reports.
Gabriel Magalhaes limped off Brazil’s 2-0 victory over Senegal in international friendly on Saturday at the Emirates.

He cut a frustrated figure and was in obvious discomfort following the injury, sparking concerns he may be sidelined a little longer than expected.
Now Brazil FA’s statement on the injury seemed to have confirmed those fears for the Gunners’ centre-back.
According to the statement, Magalhaes has been omitted from the Brazil squad that will face Tunisia in their second friendly on Tuesday.
This means he will not travel with the squad and is likely to exit the team and travel back to England for further diagnosis of the injury and full medical intervention
“Arsenal player Gabriel Magalhaes was re-evaluated this Sunday and underwent imaging tests that revealed a muscle injury in his right thigh.
“Therefore, the player will not travel with the team for the match against Tunisia in Lille. No other player will be called up to replace him,” the Brazil’s FA statement reads.
Notably, Magalhaes’ injury could compound Arsenal’s injury crisis in the defence ahead of their London Derby vs Tottenham at the weekend.
He is the second Arsenal defender to suffer an injury in the ongoing international break after Riccardo Calafiori
Calafiori has already exited the Italy squad and is back in the Emirates after picking up an issue in their training camp.
The extent of the injury has yet to be confirmed, although close sources say he could recover in time for the Tottenham clash.
