Frenkie de Jong have reacted over talks of his salary after signing a new contract with Barcelona, MySportDab reports.
The midfielder have been subject to a lot of talks over the years after making his move to Barcelona from Ajax with so much potential.
Injury have limited him to playing less unlike his time with Ajax where he was a regular and stayed fit all through.
The situation is Spain has dragged on for a while with the media painting a picture which De Jong have recently addressed.
Barcelona officially confirmed the player have signed a new contract which is expected to keep him until 2029 before anything else can happen.
According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed the comments from the player concerning question and talks about his salary.

His new contract is valid until 2029 and there is no information on what he will be earning. The media earlier claimed the player will receive a pay cut to stay with Barcelona.
