Phil Foden scored as Manchester City claimed a 0-2 victory against Huddersfield Town in their EFL Carabao Cup clash, MySportDab reports.
Pep Guardiola side advanced into the next round of the Cup tournament after a good victory away from home.

The match wasn’t as many would have expected to see the Premier League side go on a scoring spree all through 90 minutes.
Huddersfield Town held on fine and made sure they did not make any errors as they soaked in pressure in the first 15 minutes.
Manchester City were able to break the deadlock in the 18th minute through a beauty from Phil Foden which made things 0-1.
The goal was assisted by Mukasa who provided the assist as things progressed further between both of them.
The first half came to a conclusion with the Premier League side holding on to a narrow lead after 45 minutes.

The game resumed with a lot of work still needed to be done by both teams who continued to push in search of goal.
It was calm for City as they were in no rush knowing they just needed to see things off while eyeing their next match.
Savinho scored in the 74th minute which ensured things became 0-2 with the assist from Phil Foden as the game carried on.
