Igor Thiago scored a brace as Brentford made lightwork of Manchester United 3-1, MySportDab reports.
Bruno Fernandes missed a penalty which could have turned the game around while it was on 2-1 scoreline.
First Half Report
The home side wasted no time in taking the lead after a wonderful finished from Igor Thiago made things between both teams 1-0.
It was an 8th minute opener before Thiago went on to make it a brace for himself after scoring again in the 20th minute to make it 2-0.
Benjamin Sesko pulled one goal back from a stunning finish which came in the 26th minutes making sure it was 2-1.
The first half came to conclusion with the home side taking a 2-1 lead which was well deserved as errors came from United.
Second Half Report
The remaining 45 minutes saw a lot coming to play with Ruben Amorim side failing to make anything much happen.
Bruno Fernandes missed an opportunity which could have made things 2-2 in the 76th minute after missing a penalty kick.
The game carried on until additional time which saw Jensen increased the scoreline to 3-1 with another beautiful goal.
Brentford ended up claiming a 3-1 victory against Manchester United who suffered yet another defeat in the Premier League.
