Cristiano Ronaldo Crowned “Best of All Time” by Portuguese League

Cristiano Ronaldo has added yet another accolade to his glittering career after being honored with the “Best of All Time” award by Liga Portugal, MySportDab Repoerts.

The 40-year-old forward, who continues to defy age and expectations, received the recognition just days after becoming the joint-highest goalscorer in World Cup qualifying history.

Ronaldo struck twice during the September international break, taking his tally to 223 goals for Portugal and reaffirming his status as one of the most prolific players the game has ever seen.

Liga Portugal praised the Al Nassr striker’s extraordinary impact on and off the pitch. “An inescapable figure in sports and an idol to millions, he defined an era and will leave an indelible mark on world football,” the league said in a statement.

“In this third edition of the Liga Portugal Awards, CR7 was honored with the ‘Best of All Time’ award, a fitting recognition for the golden pages he continues to write in his career.”

Though unable to attend the ceremony, Ronaldo expressed gratitude via video message. “I want to thank Liga Portugal for the ‘Best of All Time’ award.

It’s a huge honor for me to win something for my country,” he said. “I’d like to thank all my teammates, coaches, and everyone who helped me throughout my career.”

Ronaldo remains pivotal for Portugal as they edge closer to 2026 World Cup qualification, proving his enduring brilliance on the global stage.
