Arsenal have announced and unveiled new signing Piero Hincapie who join them from Bayer Leverkusen, MySportDab reports.
The defender come in as another addition for Mikel Arteta this summer as they have done a lot of Businesses.
The move was one which came in very late after the opportunity was made available by Hincapie who wanted a move.
Arsenal and other clubs including Chelsea all showed interest in making a move happen for this summer.
Chelsea did push at some point, but nothing materialized as they did not make any offer on both ends.
The Gunners made their approach clear and decided on signing the defender which saw them agree personal terms.
A fee with Bayer Leverkusen was next as they agreed with Arsenal to allow the player leave on loan with an option to make it permanent.

He will wear the number five shirt and immediately join the rest of the team in training for their next match.
