There wasn’t anything much Pep Guardiola could do in the remaining 45 minutes as it was too late for them to handle.
Despite the changes done, it was a struggle for them to break down Thomas Frank side as they carried on.
Spurs made sure their defending was perfect and they couldn’t allow themselves go down with the pressure they faced.
Tottenham ended up taking the needed points from a 0-2 victory against Manchester City which pushed them top of the Premier League table.
