Luis Enrique PUNCHES DOWN Joao Pedro After FCWC Final Loss! [VIDEO]

PSG manager Luis Enrique lost his cool with Chelsea midfielder Joao Pedro at the blast of the final whistle of the FIFA Club World final, MySportDab reports.

A tense clash between the reigning European champions and the Blues saw Chelsea come out on top, thanks to Enzo Maresca’s tactical ingenuity and the team’s spirited performance.

Cole Palmer’s quickfire double in the 22nd and 30th minute fired the Blues into an unlikely lead and shockingly they weren’t done with the rout in the first half.

Joao Pedro capped the Blues’ stunning performance with a 43rd-minute strike that sealed a commanding 3-0 lead in the first half for the Londoners.

It was indeed a first half that veered off trajectory with Chelsea on a shocking ascendancy. Meanwhile, PSG had the second 45 to respond but were contained by a composed and determined Chelsea side.

The three first-half goals were enough to secure victory for the Premier Club with PSG suffering their first heavy defeat and pegged back to default after a largely stellar campaign that saw them win a treble.

After the match, the Ligue 1 and European champions’ head coach Luis Enrique appeared to have lost his cool.

In a viral video that we have shared at the end of this post, Enrique was seen clashing with Chelsea midfielder Joao Pedro after the match.

He threw a brutal punch on the player, hit him in the face, with the latter plunging to the ground and covering his face apparently in agony.

It took the intervention of other PSG and some Chelsea players to drag off Enrique who was visibly fuming with rage at a grounded Pedro.

It it yet unclear what led to the bitter fallout between the Spaniard and Pedro, but it appeared they were caught up in the heat of the tense confrontation between both teams that ensued after the final whistle. Watch Video of the incident here on X.
