Chelsea Close in on Deal For Bundesliga Attacking Sensation

Chelsea are just a few miles away from securing what could be their biggest signing this summer, MySportDab reports.

The Blues have been on a rampage in this summer’s transfer window as they aim to bolster the squad ahead of next season’s campaign.

Leading the list of their newest additions to the team is former Brighton star Joao Pedro who is expected to play a crucial role in the team’s attacking options.

Former Ipswich Town forward Liam Delap has also joined to deepen the attacking depth. Wingers Estevao Williams and Jamie Gittens have also been added to the attacking ranks.

Dario Essugo (defensive midfielder), Kendry Paez (attacking midfielder) and Mamadou Sarr (center-back) also make the list.

It is indeed another robust transfer window for the Blues, but they aren’t done with their targeted options.

RB Leipzig attacking sensation Xavi Simons could be the next in the Blues’ long list of new additions this summer.

Chelsea are reportedly close to agreeing a deal with RB Leipzig for the player with talks understood to be at advanced stages.

Simons is open to leaving the Bundesliga this season and has reportedly agreed to personal terms with the Blues for a seven-year contract.

He scored 10 goals plus seven assists in 25 Bundesliga appearances for RB Leipzig last season and is regarded as one of the finest attacking midfielders in Europe.

The Dutch attacker could prove a great addition to the Blues’ midfield options, replacing exit-bound Christopher Nkunku, who is linked to returning to the Bundesliga.
