Manchester United Premier League fixtures for the upcoming 2025-26 season have been confirmed, MySportDab reports.
United had a disappointing 2024-25 Premier League season, finishing 16th on the table with 36 points – their lowest-ever finish in the English top flight in decades.
With next season approaching, the Old Trafford club will hope to turn a corner after the deadlock and return to the peak of their game.
They have now learned of their opponents as they prepare for what could be termed a make-or-mar campaign for new manager Ruben Amorim.
From the fixtures as released by the Premier League, the Red Devils have been handed a tough opening fixture against 2023-24 and 2024-25 runners-up Arsenal.
They will host the Londoners in what is expected to be the biggest fixture in the opening weekend. After the Arsenal clash, they will travel to take on another London side Fulham at Craven Cottage.
From Craven Cottage, they will round up the opening month with a second consecutive away fixture against Burnley.
In the next month, the Red Devils’fans will be treated to their first Manchester derby of the campaign as the team will travel to Etihad to take on Manchester City.
After the Man City matchup, they have been handed another tough draw against a resurgent Chelsea side at Old Trafford.
They will then round up the month with a trip to the Gtech Community stadium to take on Brentford.
