Portugal win their second UEFA Nations League with 5-3 on penalties against Spain after playing 2-2 in 90 minutes, MySportDab reports.

Both teams played out each other but no side was able to get the winner all through 90 minutes of action that took place.

The game was settled later on with the Portuguese national team going on to win their second UEFA Nations League title.

It was an incredible scene for the Nations League final as both Nations did well enough making it for the title challenge.

The encounter commenced with so much power and pace coming from both ends as they pushed to strike first.

The Spaniards had the upper hand as they dominated possession before getting to breakdown their opponent and made it 0-1.

The goal came through Martin Zubimendi who scored with an amazing finish to give them the lead. It didn’t stay long as things became leveled 1-1.

Pedro Neto setup Nuno Mendes who was able to finish off neatly in the 26th minutes ensuring they came back fighting.

Pedri setup Mikel Oyarzabal in the 45th minutes which saw the scoreline became 1-2 as it stayed same way until first half ended.

The conclusion of the remain 45 minutes had so much coming from both teams and a goal was recorded.

It was still a one sided dominance which which the Spaniards couldn’t capitalized on as they saw more of the opportunities.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored through a loosed ball in the 61st minutes to ensure things became 2-2 between both countries.

They played the whole 90 minutes with nothing changing the scoreline which led to extra time of 15 minutes of two half.

There was a lot which happened in the extra time which at some point a fight broke out between them after the Portuguese did not get a penalty decision.

The penalty decided the whole thing when Diogo Costa saved Alvaro Morata penalty making sure it ended in 5-3.
