Copa Del Rey Final Row: Lamine Yamal Slams Madrid In Shock Post

Lamine Yamal has waded into the ongoing fallout between Real Madrid and Spanish football authorities with a digging post on the arch-domestic rivals, MySportDab reports.

Real Madrid re-awaken hostilities with Spanish football authorities and the La Liga refereeing association ahead of their Copa Del Rey final clash against Barcelona tonight.

The row began when the referee slated for the El Clasico Copa Del Rey final Ricardo De Burgos Bengoetxea expressed his concerns over Real Madrid’s frequent attack on local referees.

In response to the remark, Real Madrid boycotted all pre-match activities ahead of the Copa Del Rey final, pushing for the referee to be changed. Some reports have that they even plot to pull out of the match today.

Real Madrid’s x-rated reaction to Ricardo De Burgos Bengoetxea’s comments has attracted both sympathies and criticisms and Lamine Yamal lent his voice from the direction of the critics.

In a short and witty post on his Instagram story, the young footballer wrote, “Silence speaks louder.”

This comment shades Los Blancos who have been talking tough and complaining of referee bias ahead of the match.

Notably, unlike the constant fallouts and bickering that has marked Real Madrid’s relationship with the Spanish football authorities lately, Barcelona’s ties with the local football authorities has been a sharp contrast.

It is believed this contrasting fortunes between the two top teams in the Spanish top flight, which has also translated onto on-field performances this season, must have impacted Los Blancos’ deteriorating relationship with La Liga and RFEF.
