BREAKING! Kylian Mbappe To Leave PSG!

Kylian Mbappe is set to leave PSG after the expiration of his current contract with the club, MySportDab reports.

The highly-rated French youngster has submitted a letter to PSG confirming his decision to leave after the expiration of his current contract with the club.

As confirmed by Fabrizio Romano, Mbappe has informed PSG he will not renew his contract when the current deal expires.

In 2021, Kylian Mbappe make a drastic U-turn on a move to Real Madrid to sign a new three-year contract with the club which will expire next season.

There was a one-year contract extension clause attached to the deal which could see him extend his stay at the French capital till 2025.

In a shock a move by the 2018 World Cup winner, Kylian Mbappe has taken a decision not to trigger the one-year contract extension clause that was attached to the deal.

Sources close to PSG have revealed the club have been startled by the latest move by Kylian Mbappe on his contract.

PSG had thought he will trigger the one-year contract extension clause and afford the club more time to renegotiate a fresh contract.

As things stand, PSG has two options on the table. It is either they sell Kylian Mbappe this summer or risk losing him on a free transfer next season.

Mbappe’s decision is coming just a day before the summer transfer window is formally opened in Europe, further fueling reports the 2022 World Cup top scorer wants to leave PSG.

In four consecutive seasons, Kylian Mbappe has won the French Ligue 1 best player of the season. He has won five French Ligue 1 titles and other domestic trophies with the club.

PSG signed him for £153m from Monaco in 2018. Now, according to New York Times, the French Ligue 1 giants could sell Kylian Mbappe for as high as £160m should they decide to part ways with the striker.
