Manchester United New Takeover Date CONFIRMED! (Details)

Manchester United takeover has been delayed with a new takeover date confirmed, MySportDab reports.

The Glazers put up Manchester United for sale last November following series of protests by disgruntled Manchester United fans.

An American merchant Group, Raine Group, were charged by the Glazers’ to oversee the sale process and transition of ownership.

Raine Group had set a ‘soft deadline’ on February 17 to mob up offers from potential bidders, including Investment bids.

The takover deadline was set to speed up the takeover process, which was originally planned to be concluded on March ending.

Now, according to Daily Mail, the March deadline is looking more unlikely as the Glazers insists on their £6b valuation of the club.

The report also confirm the takover process has been shifted to May ending as members of the family are yet to reach a decision on Man United post-sale plan.

Shading more light on the indecision of the Glazers, the Guardian reports the Glazers have agreed to sell Manchester United but are divided on how post-sale plan.

While the row between members of the Glazers family continue, reports have also confirmed Raine Group are yet to send feedback to Jim Ratcliffe and Sheikh al-Thani, who are in pole position to takover the club.

Another factor delaying the takeover process is said to be the Glazers insistence on their £6bn valuation of the club which has not been met by offers received so far by the Raine Group.
