FT: Tottenham 3-2 Vitesse, Conte First Match Ends In DRAMA! | HIGHLIGHTS

Three red cards in Antonio Conte’s first game as Tottenham beat Vitesse 3-2 in the Europa Conference League group stages, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

Five goals scored in the first half of the encounter as Antonio Conte took charge of his first game as Spurs manager.

Tottenham and Vitesse held each other perfectly in the first 10 minutes of the game which nothing was able to happen at both ends.

Heung Min Son gave Spurs the lead in the 15th minute of the first half which saw the Premier League side taking a 1-0 advantage from a good play.

The second goal rolled in immediately in the 22nd minutes as Harry Kane helped assisted Lucas Moura who scored to make things 2-0.

It was looking all good as the match progressed with an own-goal coming from the visitors which gave Tottenham a 3-0 lead in the 28th minute.

Vitesse pulled one back in the 32nd minute through Jacob Rasmussen who paid back for his own-goal scored to make things 3-1 for his side going forward.

Another goal in the 39th minute from Matus Bero made the scoreline 3-2 as the game opened up more with the home side conceding two fast goals.

The first half progressed and came to a conclusion with Tottenham taking a 3-2 advantage into the break against Vitesse in the Europa Conference League.

Second Half Report

The second half continued with so much more coming from both ends after a good first 45 minutes which five goals were scored.

Vitesse continued pushing hard with hopes of them getting the leveler which didn’t come as all their opportunities ended up with nothing happening.

Things got worst for Tottenham in the 59th minute of the second half as Cristian Romero was shown a second yellow card which saw them concluding the game with 10-man.

The pressure was all on Spurs who didn’t make any changes as Antonio Conte was okay with maintaining his starting players who did everything possible to hold their lead as the game progressed.

Danilho Doekhi was also sent off in the 81st minute leaving his side also with 10-man to finish the game as both teams had to continue with an equal amount of players on the pitch.

Immediately another red card was shown to the visitors in the 85th minute after Markus Schubert was sent off by the referee leaving them with 9-man.

The match came to an end with Tottenham taking a 3-2 victory against Vitesse as Antonio Conte get a win in his first game as Spurs manager.
