FT: North Macedonia 0-4 Germany, Timo Werner Bags BRACE! | HIGHLIGHTS

Timo Werner scored a brace as Germany claimed a 0-4 win against North Macedonia with Kai Havertz also on the scoresheet, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

The first half of the encounter was evenly matched without anyone finding a breakthrough despite all the amount of opportunities created.

North Macedonia was very much in the game while they do everything possible to make sure nothing gets past their solid defenders.

Nothing could be done by Germany who carried on in the game making sure they push forward with hopes of them finding something.

It was looking poor for the Germans who have so much to offer but yet still couldn’t find a way to make things count for them despite the chances.

The first half ended with North Macedonia holding Germany to a goalless 0-0 scoreline as they both headed for the break.

Second Half Report

The second half was different from what we witnessed in the first 45 minutes which no goal was scored by either one of the two countries.

Kai Havertz’s goal in the 50th minute set the ball rolling as Germany took a 0-1 lead from a good teamwork effort which result in Muller making the assist for the goal.

North Macedonia didn’t give in that easily as they continued the match holding off things until Timo Werner scored in the 70th minute to make things 0-2.

He responded once again in the 74th minute of the encounter which saw him making it his brace and the scoreline 0-3 as the match carried on.

Things looked very bad for the home side who lost control as thing carried on with so much pressure on them coming from the visitors.

Jamal Musiala extended the lead to 0-4 after the youngster scored in the 84th minute which was another stunner coming from the Germans.

The match finally came to an end with North Macedonia losing 0-4 against Germany who made sure they got their revenge done perfectly.
