Manchester United 27-man Squad For Pre-season Training Camp CONFIRMED!

Manchester United have officially confirmed a 27-man squad for the Pre-season training camp this week in Surrey, MySportDab reports. 

Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has travelled with squad for the week ahead of their second pre-season match.

United play their second Pre-season match against Queens Park Rangers this weekend.

United started preparations for the new season with a 2-1 win against Derby County on Sunday.

Youngsters Tahith Chong and Facundo Pellistri both scored to secure the win for United.

Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer played 23 players for the win at Pride Park and will plan to name a strong squad for their next friendly match on Saturday.

Manchester United’s training camp has gotten better with the arrival of Daniel James and Scott McTominay after their run at Euro 2020.

James impressed at Euro 2020 as Wales reached the last 16, and Scott McTominay played very for Scotland in his defensive role.

With a number of first team players still away on their holidays, Solskjaer will once again turn to the club’s academy to give game time to the teenage hopefuls this week.

Joe Hugill made his professional senior debut for Manchester United in the win over Derby.

Goalkeeper Dean Henderson did not travel with the squad as he continues recovery from a hip injury.

Defenders: Di’Shon Bernard, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Will Fish, Axel Tuanzebe, Teden Mengi, Alex Telles, Brandon Williams.

Midfielders: Andreas Pereira, Nemanja Matic, Ethan Galbraith, Juan Mata, James Garner, Hannibal, Daniel James, Dylan Levitt, Jesse Lingard, Scott McTominay, Facundo Pellistri.

Forwards: Shola Shoretire, Tahith Chong, Mason Greenwood, Anthony Elanga, Joe Hugill.
