Emile Smith Rowe Sign Long Term Arsenal Contract (NEW SHIRT NUMBER)

Promising Arsenal youngster Emile Smith Rowe has signed a long term contract with the Gunners, MySportDab reports.

The youngster has been subject to being linked with a move away as bids and offers were received from different clubs.

Emile Smith Rowe has decided to commit his career to Arsenal after signing a long term contract with him being given the number 10 shirt.

The youngster had an impressive last season which saw him scoring goals in crucial include their victory against Champions League Chelsea.

The Gunners received bids from Aston Villa in an attempt to sign Emile Smith Rowe, but the offers were rejected as they had no idea of sanctioning a sell.

The youngster have prove to be a key player all through last season and the club have decided to hand him a new contract which will see him remain with them for a long time.

Arsenal manager was full of praises for the youngster who he described as “intelligent player” who have excellent ability.

“As we all saw last season, Emile is an intelligent player with excellent ability. His sharpness on the turn and exceptional vision have already made him a key player for us.

His attitude and willingness to learn have also been very impressive. Huge credit to our team in our academy who have given Emile a great education and have worked superbly to help with his development through the age groups.

“Along with the first-team staff, huge credit also goes to our senior players, who have played such an important role to help Emile develop, gain confidence and perform the way he did last season.

I know the fans will join us in being delighted that Emile has committed his future to the club.

We’re now looking forward to helping him develop further and seeing him become even more important to the strong young team we’re building.”

The Gunners are also in the market for new recruits which saw them recently unveiling Sambi Lokonga and are also set to announce Ben White from Brighton and Hove Albion.
