Manchester United Vs Chelsea: (Match Preview, Kick-off, Team News, Line-up And More)

Chelsea play next against Manchester United today in the English FA Cup semi-final Sunday, MySportDab reports.

Chelsea Coach Frank Lampard will also be concerned about the upcoming Premier League match against Liverpool when he picks his starting XI for the Manchester United game.

The Blues are desperate to win the FA Cup but know that Champions League qualification for next season is more important at the club.

Chelsea reached the FA Cup semi-finals following a 1-0 win over Leicester in June, setting up their fourth match against United this season.

Lampard’s men have lost every match they have played against Ole Gunnar Solksjaer’s team, twice in the Premier League and also in the Carabao Cup.

Chelsea Team News

Ahead of a scary trip to Anfield next Wednesday, Lampard may opt to rest some key players against United for the Liverpool match.

Willian, Christian Pulisic and Olivier Giroud have proved to be Chelsea’s most key players since football returned, with a combined 12 goals and six assists.

Lampard is unlikely to rest all three attacking players but Willian might be dropped to the bench and Callum Hudson-Odoi could replace him in the Starting XI.

Manchester United Left-backs Luke Shaw and Brandon Williams remain doubts for the Chelsea match.

Shaw and Williams did not play Thursday’s Premier League win against Crystal Palace, where Timothy Fosu-Mensah played for United since May 2017.
