Enzo Fernandez score freekick for Chelsea as they beat Aston Villa 1-3 to qualify for the FA Cup next round, MySportDab reports. 

Nicolas Jackson who recently returned for the AFCON was able to assist the Blues in qualifications into the next round.

Conor Gallagher scored also in the match which saw a different side of the Blues doing something different from their last two games.

Full Match Report 

The game started well with the Blues taking full control of things from kickoff which they were more attack-minded.

It took Chelsea just 11 minutes to get the opening goal which came after wonderful efforts before Conor Gallagher was able to finish off and make things 0-1.

Aston Villa was all over the place as they were struggling to find balance while the game was already breezing past them after going down very early against the Blues.

Nicolas Jackson made it 0-2 in the 21st minutes which saw him working together with Malo Gusto who was able to breeze through and gave the assist for the second goal.

The first half calmed down a bit after the two goals which was the only action as they both ended things after 45 minutes with Chelsea taking a 0-2 advantage against Aston Villa.

Both teams made some changes in terms of their approach coming into the second half with their priorities changing towards the game.

Chelsea did well enough to ensure they kept holding on and seeing themselves defend well mostly with the pressure all pouring on them against their opponent.

Enzo Fernandez scored a delightful freekick which came in the 54th minutes to ensure things against Aston Villa became 0-3 as they carried on.

A late goal from Diaby made sure the Villa fans had something to celebrate with the scoreline turning 1-3. Meanwhile Caicedo miss a glorious chances which could have increased things.

Chelsea ended the match as victorious beating Aston Villa 1-3 and being able to book qualifications into the Emirates FA Cup next round from an away win.
