Lionel Messi Shock Retirement Plan CONFIRMED!

Lionel Messi’s retirement plan from football has been confirmed, MySportDab reports.

Messi is on the twilights of his career and will soon call it a quit after a heroic career in club and international football.

He has won all trophies available throughout his epic career and will obviously be missed when he finally call time on his career.

There have been speculations on where will Messi will finally call time on his career with reports he may likely retire at Inter Miami in the MLS.

Messi signed a two year contract with Inter Miami that will expire in 2025 and is not going to retire at the club neither will he sign a new contract.

According to El Nacional, Lionel Messi is planning to retire at his boyhood club, Newell’s Old Boys in his home country Argentina.

Messi started out his heroic career at Newell’s Old Boys where he shone bright with a promising career prospect before moving to Barcelona academy in Spain.

He joined Barcelona at the teenage age of 13 and emerged as one of the biggest names football has ever known.

After a legendary spell with Barcelona, Messi joined PSG on a two-year contract and left the club after the contract expired.

He was linked to a return to Barcelona but Messi decided to sign for Inter Miami in the MLS as Barcelona were yet put their house in order financially.

Since his move to Inter Miami, Messi has been a roaring success and has scored 11 goals in 11 games for the club with 8 assists.

Messi sparkling start for Inter Miami has ground to a halt as he has missed three matches for the club due to an undisclosed injury he picked up while on national team duty with Argentina national team during the international break.
