FIFAWWC: France 4-0 Morocco, Le Sommer Net BRACE! (VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS)

France thrashed Morocco 4-0 in their FIFA Women’s World Cup round of 16 clash, MySportDab reports.

Africa last hope at the tournament have been unable to make anything happen with each of them now out and heading home.

Eugenie Le Sommer made sure her brace got the job done with yet another outstanding performance for the Women’s side.

Match Report

The game started with so many hopes for the Moroccan women knowing they were the last African team standing in the tournament.

France needed not much time to waste as they set things going in the 15th minute after an incredible goal scored by Kadidiatou Diani who made it 1-0.

Morocco was already out of the equation after going down in the match with their whole play already destabilized by the experience and quality of their opponent.

Kenza Dali added another goal in the 20th minute of the game which was able to ensure things increased to 2-0 as they continued pushing on.

Eugenie Le Sommer added another goal in the 23rd minutes of the match which was able to ensure things became more far away from their opponent with scoreline 3-0.

The game continued to provide more opportunities for both sides but no one was able to make anything work no matter how hard they tried.

The headed for the break with France already getting the job done 3-0 against Morocco who had nothing in them to offer pushing forward.

It wasn’t looking good at any point for the African side who had to fight not to concede more goals in the encounter which was one sided.

Eugenie Le Sommer with another goal in the 70th minutes of the game with a beautiful finish making things 4-0 and a brace for herself.

The fourth goal was the last action which saw France booking a place in the quarterfinal beating Morocco 4-0 after 90 minutes of action.
