Arsenal and West Ham have finally reached full agreement to sign Declan Rice, MySportDab reports.

The two clubs, have been deliberating on payment structure after Arsenal’s third bid for the player was accepted by West Ham.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal have sealed the signing of Declan Rice from West Ham as the two clubs have finally reached an agreement on payment terms for the deal.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta and sports director Edu have been very crucial in the completion of the deal.

The Gunners submitted a first £80m worth offer for Declan Rice but it was turned down by the club.

They submitted another offer worth £90m and were turned down again by the Hammers, who wanted to sell Declan Rice in a deal in excess of £100m.

After Arsenal’s second bid, Manchester entered the race for Rice, submitting a £90m offer for the player but were also turned down.

After City’s first bid, Arsenal were set to launch a third bid for the player as the get ready for a bidding war with Manchester City.

However, City decided to pull out of the race for Rice after Arsenal submitted a third bid worth £105m for Declan, a British record offer for the West Ham star

West Ham were reportedly waiting for City’s second bid for Rice after Arsenal’s £105m third offer but the Premier League champions pulled out before West Ham accepted Arsenal’s third offer.

After accepting the offer, the two clubs have been on negotiations on the payment structure with reports the payment will be spread over 18 months.

An agreement has now finally been reached on all details of the deal and payment structure.

Declan Rice will now undergo Arsenal medical before being officially unveiled as an Arsenal player.
