The draws for the UEFA Europa League quarterfinals have been confirmed, MySportDab reports.

Eight best clubs in the top five leagues have made it to the last eight.

It is only Ligue I of France that have failed to be represented at this stage of the competition among the top five leagues in Europe.

Out of the top five leagues, only Serie A have only two representatives; others have only one opponent.

Leading the top clubs in the seeding for the fixture is Manchester United who defeated Spanish side Real Betis 5-1 on aggregate to reach the quarterfinals.

Juventus also qualify after defeating the Bundesliga side 4-1 on aggregate to make it to the next round.

Record winners Sevilla are also into the last eight after they edged out Fenerbahce of Turkey 2-1 on aggregate.

Portugal Primeira Liga side Sporting CP shocked Arsenal defeating the Premier League title hopefuls on penalties to make it to the next round after settling for a 3-3 aggregate draw.

Feyenoord of Holland were the biggest round 16 winners, defeating Shakhtar Donetsk 8-2 on aggregate.

Belgium side Royal Union Saint-Gilloise dumped out Bundesliga side Union Berlin with a 6-3 aggregate win.

Jose Mourinho’s Roma is the second Serie A club in the last eight after defeating Real Sociedad 2-0 on aggregate.

When will the 2023 Champions League Quarterfinal Be Played?

The Europa League quarterfinal matches will be a two-legged tie as usual.

The first leg is scheduled to be played on 13 and 20 April while the semi-finals will be played on 11 and 18 May.

The final will take place on Wednesday, 31 May in Hungary at the Puskas Arena in Budapest.
