FT: Real Madrid 0-1 Barcelona, Militao Gives Barca 1st Leg ADVANTAGE! (VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS)

Barcelona claimed a narrow 0-1 victory away from home against Real Madrid in the Copa Del Rey 1st leg, MySportDab reports.

Eder Militao own-goal was the difference of the match which meant his side needs to make something happen in New Camp.

First Half Report 

The first half was fine coming from both teams who had to dig deep enough to find a breakthrough in the encounter.

Real Madrid started well by making sure they were well organized against a side which seems to have beaten them in a couple of game already.

Barcelona did well enough until they force an own-goal off Eder Militao who put the ball inside his own net due to a deflection that made the scoreline 0-1.

The game continued with a lot of pressure which saw some close opportunities which almost resulted in a goal happening in the encounter.

The first half came to an end with Barcelona taking a 0-1 advantage into the break against Real Madrid who couldn’t make anything come to play.

Second Half Report 

Both teams did a lot of playing in the second half which wasn’t easy based on then pace of the match which was fast in most part.

Barcelona were more eager to keep their advantage which was all they had going against the home side who had only the job of trying to make a comeback.

Real Madrid started to lose focus at a point in the match knowing they couldn’t make anything happen after a couple of missed opportunities on goal.

The additional time was the longest of the game which saw them both putting in all they had to make sure something good was able to come out mostly for the home side.

The match ended with Barcelona taking a much needed 0-1 victory against Real Madrid which gave them a first leg advantage in the encounter after 90 minutes.
