FT: Denmark 0-0 Tunisia, Late Penalty Call Doom Danish! (VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS)

The Cartage Eagles of Tunisia played out a goalless draw 0-0 against Denmark at the 2022 FIFA World Cup, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

Alot happened in the first half of the game which both teams did well enough to hold each other from making anything happen in the 45 minutes.

Denmark had more dominance in the game which saw them caging down their opponent from any opportunity of getting so much freedom on the pitch as the encounter carried on forward.

Tunisia were not bad from their end which saw them doing more than enough in the match which could only see them coming close a bit but couldn’t finish off the opportunities that was presented to them as it continued.

No goal could separate them as they entered the 40th minute which just some wasted opportunities coming from both teams who didn’t look like they were hungry to make something happen going forward.

The first half ended with Denmark playing a 0-0 draw against Tunisia after 45 minutes which saw some good opportunities but nothing to separate them from each other.

Second Half Report

The second half came to life with still more good display coming from both sides who kept up with their clean play at the back but scoring was very difficult.

Tunisia weren’t looking like giving up anytime soon as they took the game to their opponent who they had for some minutes walking on their toes defending so hard.

Denmark had to make some changes to their team which the coach wasn’t impressed as he expected his team to have make something happen from their opportunities.

Nothing could change the atmosphere which was really getting frustrating as no goal was able to happen as the referee signalled for additional minutes to be played which saw a late drama as penalty call turned down.

The match came to an end with Tunisia holding Denmark to a 0-0 draw which meant they both share one point each from the opening game of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
