Ronaldo To Fenerbahce? All You Have To Know

A late deadline twist on Thursday have linked Cristiano Ronaldo to a possible move to a Turkish club Fenerbahce, MySportDab reports.

Recall that Erik Ten Hag dropped a final verdict on his place in the emerging Cristiano Ronaldo exit rumors with the transfer window closing.

Reports in Turkey have indicated that the five times Ballon d ‘Or winner has agreed in principle to join Fenerbahce.

Ronaldo had reportedly reached an agreement with Ali Koc, who is the President of Fenerbahce. Still, final details of the deal have not been revealed with no official statement from the club.

Nevertheless, Ronaldo had also reportedly met with Jorge Jesus, who is the manager of Fenerbahce. Jorge Jesus, also from Portugal, had reportedly persuaded Ronaldo to join the Superliga giants.

MySportDab understands that the transfer window across Europe’s top leagues has now closed, but thet of Turkey is still open until September 8th, 2022.

Although the deal has not been officially announced, Fenerbahce is optimistic about utilizing the few days in the transfer market remaining for them to complete and officially announce the deal.

Out-of-favour Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi is one of the few Premier League players to have joined Fenerbahce after a planned move to Nottingham Forest collapsed.

Ronaldo to Fenerbahce deal is still a rumor and has not been confirmed until an official statement from the club emerges.

 

Ronaldo is still with Manchester United, and Man United fans have been calling for him to start against the Gunners as Man United hosts Arsenal at Old Trafford.
