OFFICIAL! Arsenal Sign New Goalkeeper Matt Turner

Arsenal has unveiled a new signing, goalkeeper Matt Turner, MySportDab reports.

Matt Turner signed a five-year contract from the MLS side New England Revolution after reaching an agreement between both clubs.

The 28-year-old will be Arsenal’s backup option to Aaron Ramsdale, who has displaced Leno as number one since joining them.

The United States of America goalkeeper will be joining the rest of the Arsenal team as they are getting ready for preseason, which will be happening next month.

Talks were said to be going on between the Premier League side and New England Revolution over a possible fee for the goalkeeper.

They agreed that both accepted, and the American underwent his medical in London with an official statement confirming everything.

Matt Turner will wear number 30 and will be Arsenal’s second goalkeeper ahead of the new season coming up.

This move is yet another one completed this summer as next is Gabriel Jesus, who will be joining the from Manchester City.

An agreement with City has been reached for €45 million for the Brazilian striker who is expected to replace Aubameyang, who is with Barcelona.

They recently signed Fabio Vieira from Porto, who joined them in the midfield with them looking to make more signings.

Matt Turner is their second major signing, and more to come as they will be building so much with them returning to European football.
